Page Count
Each package covers a fixed number of pages. Additional pages are quoted separately before work begins.
Revisions
All packages include 2 rounds of revisions. Each round covers one consolidated list of changes, not ongoing back and forth.
Overages
Work beyond scope or revision limit is billed at $65/hr, approved by you in writing before any extra work begins.
Your Responsibilities
Client provides all text, logos, and images. Delays in content delivery may push your launch date.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit begins the work, with the remaining 50% due at launch. The finished site is fully yours once paid.
Not included in any package: custom graphics or illustration, copywriting and content creation, domain registration, hosting fees, or third party app subscriptions. These can be added at an additional quoted cost.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your spot and begins the work. The remaining 50% is due once your site is approved and ready to launch.
Who owns the website when it's done?
You do, fully. Once final payment is made, the site and all its files are 100% yours to keep.
Do you provide hosting and a domain?
Hosting and domain registration aren't included in the base packages, but we offer setup as an add-on and will guide you through every step.
What if I need changes after launch?
Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions before launch. After that, updates are available through an optional maintenance plan or billed hourly.
How long does a project take?
Timelines range from about 1 week for a starter site to a few weeks for larger builds. Your exact timeline is confirmed before we begin.
What do you need from me to start?
Your text, logo, and images, plus any examples of sites you like. The more you share, the smoother and faster the process.
